Position
Capital markets specialist, with a current emphasis on cash and synthetic collateralised debt obligations, managed portfolio credit-linked notes and other securitised and OTC derivatives, repackagings and note programmes. Extensive experience of the full range of capital markets transactions, including issues of debt, equity/instruments. Led the drafting team for the 1987 ISDA Master Interest Rate and Currency Exchange Agreement (English Law).
