Partner specialising in EC and UK antitrust law, mergers and acquisitions, and other competition and trade-related areas of the law. In conjunction with that specialisation, he has maintained a broader commercial law practice. He has extensive experience in the UK and EC context, representing clients from a diversity of industries, including the utilities, food, transport, brewing, leisure, chemicals, construction materials and computer industries.
