Position
Keith is a partner in the capital markets practice. Specialist areas include debt, equity and equity-linked transactions in the Euro markets. Has considerable experience in transactions involving both English issuers and overseas issuers, particularly in the emerging markets, including India, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, Turkey and South America. Particular areas of expertise include equity-linked transaction (convertible bonds and exchangeable bonds), where he has acted on numerous transactions in the UK and overseas for 20 years, and advising in relation to issues of regulatory capital instruments (both Tier 1 and Tier 2) for banks and insurance corporations.
