Position
Richard is a partner who advises on corporate restructurings and insolvencies, advising creditors, borrowers and insolvency practitioners on UK and cross-border issues. Significant recent transactions include advising lenders on the Eurotunnel restructuring and the debt to equity swap for Biofuels Corporation PLC, continuing work for the administrators of Enron Europe and, most recently, an involvement in relation to Northern Rock.
