The team acted for the lenders on the acquisition financing of Permasteelisa, the largest leveraged buyout of 2009. The mandated lead arrangers were advised on Gruppo Coin’s acquisition of Italian retailer, Upim. Andrea Arosio is ‘a brilliant practitioner’.
