Other recent mandates include advising several major banks on the employment components of the implementation of ring-fencing rules, assisting AmecFosterWheeler with the employment elements of its takeover by John Wood Group and handling the employment aspects of Schneider Electric's combination with the Aveva software business via a reverse takeover. Commerzbank, Morgan Stanley, Sainsbury's, Unilever and the National Grid are also clients. Nicola Rabson leads the group and is singled out as 'the star of the team'; other key names include the 'highly experienced and thoughtful' Jean Lovett, the 'extremely knowledgeable' Jillian Naylor, managing associate Sinead Casey and counsel David Speakman.
