Position
Consultant in Lindsays’ liquor licensing and gambling team, based at Lindsays’ Edinburgh head office. Previously a consultant at Dundas & Wilson CS LLP, where he headed the firm’s highly respected hospitality and leisure group. Remains a consultant to that firm, providing advice through his consultancy, ‘Loudons’, when required. Clients include many of Scotland’s well-known hospitality and leisure companies, eg Festival Inns, Belhaven and Montpeliers. Adviser to British Hospitality Association and Scottish Beer and Pubs Association in Scotland.
