Overall supervision of the largest licensing team in Scotland, acting for a variety of clients, including Mecca/Grovesnor, Nobles, Sodexo, Caledonian Heritable, Gleneagles Hotel, Apex Hotels, GI Group, Town House Co, Festival Inns Ltd, Paddy Power, Novus Leisure and many more.

Licensing administrator, Glasgow Licensing Board 2001-03; licensing paralegal, Hill Brown 2003-08; trainee solicitor and licensing specialist Tods Murray 2008-10; director of licensing and gambling, Lindsays 2010 to date. Publications include ‘Licensing and Gambling Law in Scotland’ (2009); ‘Gaming in Licensed Premises’ (2010); and ‘Gaming in Pubs and Clubs’ (2008).
