Position
Senior partner of the firm and also heads the litigation department. Specialises in commercial litigation, mass disaster, aeronautical, public and fatal accident inquiries, representing the UK families in Lockerbie litigation. A qualified mediator, he participates in commercial mediation throughout the UK, Europe and the USA. Peter Watson was appointed as a Visiting Professor in the Law School at the University of Strathclyde in 2010. The Law School has an international reputation for academic excellence and sits within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
