Chairman of Balfour + Manson LLP and member of firm’s management board, specialising in personal injury, medical negligence, and commercial litigation; has significant experience in multi-party actions, and high-value personal injury and medical negligence claims with a particular interest in brain injury and cerebral palsy cases. Fred recently acted for the vast majority of the relatives of those killed in the Nimrod crash in Afganistan.
