Partner and Head of litigation. An extensive practice acting on behalf of individuals, Trade Unions and professional associations. Main areas of practice include aviation accidents, work related accidents and disease cases. He is the only APIL accredited Occupational and Asbestos Disease Specialist in Scotland. Cross border mesothelioma cases are a speciality. David also deals with a large number of road traffic matters. He has represented the Pilots Union, BALPA for over twenty five years. He is a past Steering Committee member of Piper Alpha and Brent Spar disasters. David has represented clients throughout the world in over twenty air crash cases. He is currently working with the Steering Committee of Malaysian Airlines MH17 claimants and is representing clients in the Norwegien Super Puma accident of April 2016. He has recently represented clients in the Shoreham air show crash and the Sumburgh helicopter crash. David is also currently representing Kenyan tea pickers who have been injured on tea plantations in Kenya owned by a Scottish company.

David Flint's workload includes cases involving personal and business debts, insolvency-related matters and partnership disputes.
