Clinical negligence.
Position
Suzanne specialises in the area of clinical negligence. She has a particular interest in obstetrics, orthopaedics, children and adult fatal cases, and cases involving radiological errors. However, Suzanne’s caseload involves a broad spectrum of work and she has recently settled cases relating to the failure to obtain consent for an operation, and a compartment syndrome case. Suzanne has also been involved in a variety of complex cases involving children with cerebral palsy, and adults with neurological injury as well as representing families at inquests who have lost loved ones as a result of negligent medical care.
Career
Trained Leigh Day & Co; qualified 1999; partner 2010. Suzanne has a medical background as she initially trained to be a radiographer.
