Alongside its contract negotiation work for clients such as SNCF, Nikon and Thomas Cook, the group also handles contentious mandates and is representing Sopra in its ongoing dispute with Oracle regarding an alleged breach of license agreement. The telecoms space also makes up a significant portion of the group’s caseload: highlights included defending Free in a competition dispute brought by Bouygues concerning Free’s agreement with Orange, and Caisse des Dépôts received assistance regarding the creation of a new Triple Play fibre optic entity.
