Position
Keith is a partner in the national employment team. Keith specialises in all areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination and partnership disputes. His work includes pursuing and defending discrimination claims in the Employment tribunal handling pan-European, redundancy and restructuring work for multi-nationals, dealing with complex TUPE transfers, international secondments, outsourcing and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Also practices out of the London office. Keith is a regular speaker and chair at the annual employment/discrimination conferences of the International Bar Association, the annual conference of XBHR and frequently lectures the employment committee of the New York Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to the Employment Law Journal. Keith is a member of the Council of the Global Employment Institute of the IBA and is chair of the Employment Committee of the British American Chamber of Commerce. He is an accredited mediator.
