Specialises in investment funds (private offshore funds, authorised UK funds (including UCITS) and listed investment companies on the Full List, AIM and the Specialist Funds Market) as well as investment fund restructurings and financial and investment services. John also advises generally on capital raising including advising on IPOs and secondary issues together with public company takeovers and M&A. As well as the investment funds group, John is also a member of the firm’s Middle East group and has experience in the establishment of Sharia compliant investment vehicles.
