Richard’s practice covers all aspects (both contentious and non-contentious) of regulation by the Financial Services Authority and related issues. Matters he has advised on include potential misselling of complex products, supervisory action by the FSA, new authorisations and questions of whether a business requires authorisation. In advising his clients he brings to bear over ten years of experience at the FSA.
