Position

Philip heads up Lawrence Graham LLP’s UK construction group. He is a commercial construction lawyer providing practical advice on procurement strategy and project delivery for a wide range of real estate, construction and engineering clients, as well as institutions, funders and end users. Philip specialises in negotiating and advising on construction and engineering documentation (both standard and bespoke forms) such as building contracts, consultant appointments, framework documents and associated agreements. He also advises on dispute avoidance and resolution throughout the life of a project, as well as on the effects of insolvency. Philip has particular expertise in the fileds of risk allocation and the impact of construction documentation on real estate and finance-driven transactions.
