Position

Advises developers, landowners, institutions and local authorities (and other public sector bodies) in relation to all aspects of planning and infrastructure related matters, including compulsory acquisition and land assembly. Stephen also regularly acts as an advocate at planning inquiries and is a regular speaker at client and other seminars. He advises client such as Sainsburys, Axa Sun Life, Legal & General and is currently advising on major projects for Stevenage and Hart district councils.
