Stephen currently works on investment portfolios, having also worked on office and retail development projects at the larger end of the scale for clients such as Zurich Assurance Ltd and Helical Bar Plc. Stephen’s work involves the full range of acquisitions, disposals, joint venture agreements with councils and landowners, development agreements with developers and/or funding institutions, anchor lettings and co-ordination of construction and sale documentation.
