Position

Head of employment, pensions, and commerce and technology. Undertakes the full range of employment law services from tribunal and High Court litigation to advisory and transactional work; particular expertise in the field of TUPE and advises a number of providers of outsourced services. Recent work includes advice to public sector body on removal of a senior executive, to advisory in financial services company on recruitment issues for key client serving roles, advising on TUPE aspect of a number of major contracts for outsourcing of services, acting for providers and principals. Advised a number of directors of listed companies on contracts and termination packages.
