Head of the planning unit; Trevor advises on planning law and associated areas, including compulsory purchase, highways law and environmental for the private sector and public authorities; specialises in appeal work, particularly advocacy and High Court litigation including judicial review. He regularly appears as an advocate at planning appeals, local plan inquiries and enforcement appeals. Trevor has significant experience of negotiating and planning highways agreements.
