Position
Head of real estate. Expertise: investment – acquisitions disposals and lettings; development projects – site assembly, funding letting and disposal; funds creation – creation of property holding vehicles (including unit trusts, limited partnerships and joint ventures); real estate management – all aspects of management of property assets and portfolios. Experience: created Performance Shopping Centre LP for Legal and General. Transferred three shopping centres into it and introduced Arlington Property Investors and Lend Lease as additional limited partners. Created Northampton Shopping Centre unit trust and limited partnership acquiring five sites (including the Grosvenor Shopping Centre) in Northampton. Acquired shopping centres in Warrington, Basingstoke, Birkenhead, Harrow and Northampton and Milton Keynes; redeveloped shopping centres in Birkenhead and Preston. Disposed of shopping centres in Mansfield, Birkenhead, Preston, Eastbourne and Birchwood. Other clients include LV, Stowe School, Allied Irish Bank, Capmark, Bayerische, BMW Pension Fund and Henderson Investors.
