CLIENT: Adam Binks, Chief Operating Officer
COMPANY/FIRM: SysGroup
TESTIMONIAL: I can’t praise the corporate team at Kuits highly enough for their hard work, diligence and commitment when working with them. Their commercial support on a complex and highly significant transaction was invaluable coupled with their in-depth knowledge and experience, meant tough obstacles we faced were overcome with minimal concern. They continuously went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected and despite consistent pressures, showed the upmost professionalism in seeing the deal through to completion.

CLIENT: Dave Statham, Managing Director
COMPANY/FIRM: Finlay Group
TESTIMONIAL: The corporate team at Kuits made one of the most difficult projects I could imagine progress smoothly, taking most of the strain and worry out of the deal whilst professionally guiding a board of directors to an excellent conclusion.

CLIENT: Kelly White, CEO
COMPANY/FIRM: Red Cow Media
TESTIMONIAL: We have worked with Kuits in a commercial capacity for a number of years now and have found them to be an integral part of our business. Always forward-thinking in their approach, they’re at least five steps ahead of where we need them to be, and take a proactive approach to advice that has been invaluable to our growth.

CLIENT: Calvin Evans, Co-founder
COMPANY/FIRM: Webantic
TESTIMONIAL: Kuits facilitated the acquisition of our business and were supportive and knowledgeable throughout the engagement and were able to really preserve the ‘human element’ of the deal, whilst executing the legal side with deft efficiency. I would highly recommend them and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

CLIENT: David Gabbie, Director
COMPANY/FIRM: Beauty Bay
TESTIMONIAL: Kuits has been a key adviser as our business has grown. We’ve always found them to be highly commercial and innovative.

CLIENT: Michael Calvert, Co-founder
COMPANY/FIRM: Progress Group
TESTIMONIAL: The team’s dedication and professionalism never wavered throughout the transaction. The final few weeks approaching the closure of the sale were a testing time for all, as things were starting to draw out. Without Kuits’ commitment, the deal may never have completed.

CLIENT: Jon Hall APFS, Chartered Financial Planner
COMPANY/FIRM: Sterling Partners
TESTIMONIAL: Kuits helped me in resolving a contract dispute with my previous employer and, from the first discussion, immediately put my mind at rest. Kevin McKenna quickly understood my situation and explained everything clearly, outlining the course of action to take, when it would be done and the possible outcomes. I have been very impressed with the timely fashion in which everything has been carried out.

CLIENT: Naser Fouad, Chairman & CEO
COMPANY/FIRM: St George Healthcare Group
TESTIMONIAL: As this deal enabled us to reinvest in our portfolio, while funding the development of a new specialist hospital, it was of great importance to us. Kuits’ corporate team understood this and worked closely with us to provide trusted commercial advice throughout. We would definitely recommend their services.

CLIENT: Martin Quigley
COMPANY/FIRM: Design Pro Software
TESTIMONIAL: I’m beyond happy with how Kuits helped me on the sale of my business and with what I regard as having been an incredibly difficult process. Everyone has been utterly exemplary. To be honest, you all made it look effortless.

CLIENT: Coronation Street
COMPANY/FIRM: ITV
TESTIMONIAL: Kuits has been advising us on a number of Coronation Street storylines to ensure they are legally accurate and stay as true to life as possible. We are very grateful for their assistance and have always found them to be accessible, friendly and open.

CLIENT: Dave Atkins, Director
COMPANY/FIRM: Orchard Care Homes
TESTIMONIAL: As always, Kuits delivered a fantastic and professional service during a recent commercial property purchase and re-mortgage. The best attributes for me are the swift replies and chasing up of outstanding matters, so I can always be sure of an efficient service. I would not hesitate to recommend Kuits and will be using them again.

CLIENT: Mary Kan-Hai, Group HR Manager
COMPANY/FIRM: The Emerson Group
TESTIMONIAL: I feel confident that out managers will now be much better equipped to manage employee issues and spot risks more effectively as a result of the training. I can already see the results in some a month after the training.

CLIENT: Bernadette Neale

TESTIMONIAL: I was impressed with the professional way Kuits handled the sale of our two businesses. Their legal expertise and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations, and we were guided throughout the transaction from start to finish. The team working with us were extremely accessible and communicative, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Kuits to others.
