Christopher is a partner in the Manchester office with 14 years’ experience advising in relation to employers’, public and product liability claims. He has particular expertise in defending claims in the leisure and entertainment sectors. He advises on claims arising from fatalities and has acted for several sports bodies in relation to personal injury claims. Representing UK Athletics, he was successful in defending the claim in Davenport v Farrow (2010) where an international athlete sued his coach and sought to extend the duties of a coach to an athlete.
