Position
Mark acts for insurers defending road traffic, public liability and employers liability personal injury claims. He is experienced in catastrophic brain injury cases and a particular specialism is spinal injury cases. He also has a considerable criminal road traffic practice defending drivers accused of serious offences in connection with fatal and serious collisions. He attends the police station countrywide and deals with both criminal and civil proceedings arising from serious collisions on instruction primarily by insurers. He is particularly accustomed to representing professional drivers and has secured a number of Crown Court trial wins.
