Consultant at JMW Solicitors LLP, with over 30 years’ experience as one of the leading property lawyers in the North West. Stephen has been involved in many of the major city-centre office developments in the North West, including Barbirolli Square and Spinningfields in Manchester, the redevelopment of Exchange Flags, Liverpool and the iconic HQ development in Chester. He has advised Northpoint Developments Limited, Hollins Strategic Land LLP, Ipsen Biopharm Limited, Liberty Properties plc, Pochin’s plc, Quorum and RREEF Real Estate.

Ian Gordon  advised Dransfield Properties on the redevelopment of a site in Gainsborough to deliver a new 56-room hotel and a restaurant and Tom Cressey advised Tattu Manchester on the lease of a large unit in Leeds.
