Having joined B P Collins LLP in March 2013 from a large City firm, Claire Filer is a reliable and dependable solicitor with a vast amount of knowledge and experience in family and private client issues.

Claire uses her extensive experience to advise clients across a range of family matters which include relationship breakdown involving divorce, the dissolution of civil partnerships and child-centred disputes revolving around contact and residence applications, as well as relocation overseas.  Claire also advises on both pre and post nuptial agreements.
