Position
Expert in M&A transactions, international re-financing projects and complex commercial contracts. Diane also has specialist expertise acting for clients in the environment sector, providing transactional support and commercial legal advice to clients in relation to all stages of the waste cycle and to waste to energy clients involved in a range of cutting edge renewables projects (including combined heat and power plants, wood pellet supply and production, biomass heating, anaerobic digestion plants, green hydrogen projects, pyrolysis and gasification projects, funding and installation of photovoltaic panels, electricity generation from both landfill gas extraction). Diane’s experience in acting for not-for-profit and charitable organisations, underpins her key role leading the not-for-profit and charity team. She provides legal support for a variety of regional and national charities including the Epilepsy Centre.
Career
Trained at B P Collins 2001-03, qualified as an associate into the corporate and commercial team, promoted to senior associate in 2008 and then to partner in May 2010.
