Position
Leading a strong team of audacious, commercially aware litigation specialists, David Pritchard has in-depth experience of running, and winning, Chancery and Commercial Court claims, including breach of warranty issues, arguments between shareholders, director litigation (including attempts to disqualify) and intellectual property issues. He has acted in a variety of high-profile cases, including those involving allegations of professional negligence and fraud, nuisance claims, theft of confidential information from employers and international arbitrations at the Hague. David’s team-based focus means that goals and budgets are quickly identified in an approach that allies military precision with legal flair. He is comfortable with arguing a case before a court but always looks for a commercial solution first, using mediation and negotiation skills deployed in many successful engagements for clients, both nationally and abroad.
