Position
Andrew’s practice principally comprises commercial disputes, with a strong focus on Partnership/LLP disputes and disputes arising out of the ownership, sale, transfer and disposal of businesses. He routinely acts for solicitors and accountants as well as other professionals. He is also experienced in cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration and regularly deals with mediations on behalf of his clients. Practice areas: Partnership/LLP disputes and agreements, litigation, arbitration, mediation, injunctions, contractual disputes and corporate and shareholders’ disputes.
