Position
Kamran Rehman is a partner at Jeffrey Green Russell. Kamran acts mainly for the firm’s banking and finance clients bringing and defending claims on their behalf. He has ten years experience in acting for financial institutions and large corporations in relation to complex commercial and banking disputes, including professional negligence claims (particularly against valuers and solicitors) and mortgage fraud claims. In suitable cases, Kamran is prepared to work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis under conditional fee agreements. Kamran has worked both in industry and private practice and readily understands the commercial realities faced by businesses. He offers practical, concise and cost effective solutions that adds value for clients.
Career
Kamran trained at Levenes, qualifying in 2002. He moved in Hextalls in 2005 where he was promoted to associate. Kamran moved to Jeffrey Green Russell in 2009 and was promoted to partner in 2011.
