The firm: UEPA is an independent full-service law firm based in Prague, founded in 2006 by two partners who had previously worked in big international law firms. UEPA has since grown from three to 25 lawyers and since 2018 has three partners.

UEPA has the largest German-speaking team on the Czech legal market and provides legal services in Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish and French.

All of the firm’s partners and a number of its lawyers have significant working experience in international law firms. UEPA also assists its clients in neighbouring Slovakia and has an excellent network of professional contacts in other Central and Eastern European countries that the firm can rely on, if the need arises. The firm increasingly also advices Czech and Slovak companies with their business activities abroad in co-operation with local lawyers with the necessary expertise.
