Bochamp is particularly noted for its know-how in the defence sector and its ability to handle sensitive corruption, customs, sanctions and trade secrets cases, particularly in relation to China, Africa and Russia – the team notably represents several major Chinese companies. The firm’s caseload also extends to many other areas and matters; for instance it regularly assists French and international companies and individuals in dealing with tax fraud and other financial and corporate criminal law offences and also regularly acts in high-profile industrial accident cases. Yasong Lin began his career as a lawyer in China in 2003, specialising in the areas of international maritime law and securities law. He has developed an expertise in domestic and international commercial law.

Aurélie Mouchel intervenes in the field of tax law and advises her clients, individuals, managers of companies, both in advice and in litigation before administrative and judicial courts.

Benoît Willay specialises in corporate law. He accompanies companies on a daily basis in their legal strategy of development and transmission.

Aniska Khebour-Perrin has developed an expertise in family and wealth law and in company law, in particular in cases with important financial issues and with an international dimension.

Paul Colin specialises in supporting companies in crisis situations, creditors concerned and investors likely to intervene in this context.

Julie Layat specializes in employment law, providing legal support in the implementation and day-to-day management of HR policy (individual and collective relations) across all business sectors.
