Jeppe Brogaard Clausen is also an expert on entertainment law, in particular matters of infringement of copyright in music and motion pictures.

Furthermore, Jeppe Brogaard Clausen is a popular lecturer, is known for participating in television broadcasts, and a writer specialising in intellectual property law.

Prosecutions, litigation, and contracts are the key pillars of NJORD Law Firm's practice, and team co-head Jeppe Brogaard Clausen predominantly handles contentious matters in the soft IP space. Life sciences specialist Thomas Ryhl also leads the team and assisted Philips HealthTech with issues surrounding the public tender of medical equipment for hospitals in Denmark. Malene Fagerberg also focuses on life sciences issues and advised The North Face, L’Oréal, Estee Lauder and Ralph Lauren on actions taken against counterfeit goods. Trade mark and copyright expert Frank Jørgensen acted for Smallstuff in a High Court appeal brought by Sebra Interiør, which alleged infringement of its toy bed for dolls.
