Career
Roxana's practice focuses on banking (leveraged finance and real estate finance), restructuring and insolvency, and complex combined finance/corporate (structural) reorganizations and matters. In this context she has been working on M&A and loan portfolio transactions with various financial institutions as well as on bank restructurings and other financial market stabilization measures. Roxana has assisted numerous financial institutions in relation to investment and project finance transactions for real estate, syndicated lending, co-financing and refinancing projects, cross-border transactions, and work-out issues. Her experience of working on both sides of the table provides her with the ability to give clients an accurate assessment of the position likely to be adopted by the other side on key issues, avoiding unnecessary sticking points. She can maintain good relationships with the supervisory authorities, and she is always willing to pursue her client's interests where these may come into conflict with the regulators (see The Legal 500, Which Lawyer in Romania 2013).
