Voicu’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and arbitration. He acted on behalf of senior and mezzanine lenders, steering committees, borrowers, administrators and other key parties in the workout arena. He is involved in major insolvency cases for clients with high exposures and is familiar with all the aspects related to debt collection.
