Position
Paul is a partner in the corporate team in the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell, having practised in Leeds for the past 15 years. Paul advises a range of clients, from medium-sized private businesses to public companies primarily on AIM. Paul’s particular expertise is in mergers and acquisitions, acting for corporate purchasers and sellers but also for management teams, banks and venture capitalists. He regularly advises on all aspects of company legal issues, including working with companies seeking to grow by raising finance from public markets or through private investment. His work is increasingly international with recent transactions for US, Indian and New Zealand businesses.
