Position
Nick is regional managing partner of the Leeds office, also heading up its business legal services division. As an experienced commercial dispute resolution and litigation lawyer, he specialises in all aspects of contractual disputes (including IT disputes), competition litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of trust/confidentiality claims, injunctions, Intellectual property litigation, professional negligence actions and construction litigation. He fights tenaciously for clients’ rights through the Courts and at arbitrations and adjudications. Unlike many litigators, Nick has extensive trial experience at the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
