Position
All aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law relative to both public and private sector clients. Particular experience in advising on corporate redundancies, TUPE and restrictive covenants within the retail, finance and manufacturing sectors. Numerous High Court Injunctive relief applications both successfully brought and defended. Several multi-day tribunals successfully in 2010 following re-structuring of manufacturing capability in the UK saving the company £3-4m in potential compensation. He is recognised as an employment law expert being described as ‘a bold and sensible advise’, drawing praise for ‘not being afraid to make a tough decision’ and is singled out for his ‘innate commercial understanding and analytical mind’ and ‘having the ability to apply common sense to what are often very sensitive and difficult cases’.
