Specialises in environmental business compliance, health and safety and crisis management issues for corporate clients, particularly in the building materials sector and manufacturing and construction industries. Regularly advises and defends clients facing prosecution for breaches of environmental and health and safety legislation. Work with the building material, manufacturing and construction industries means that he regularly provides advice concerning areas as diverse as environmental issues through to health and safety and product recall issues. Significant experience of the instant investigation and enforcement by regulatory authorities of breaches of health and safety, environmental and other regulatory legislation. Also has particular experience acting on behalf of large corporate entities in defending prosecutions arising because of significant incidents of water pollution. Corporate clients regularly attend training sessions delivered by David in the areas of law in which he specialises.
