A Partner in the Newcastle office, Francesca specialises in helping people who have sustained serious and life changing injuries, particularly assisting individuals who have suffered brain and spinal cord injuries and multiple orthopaedic injuries in claiming compensation following injury. She has a particular interest in complex liability issues arising out of accidents in the workplace, and road traffic collisions particularly involving pedestrians, and has dealt with a number of claims which other solicitors have considered too difficult to pursue. Francesca is totally committed to helping her clients to make the best possible recovery from serious injury securing appropriate rehabilitation at the earliest possible opportunity. She has obtained many substantial interim payments to fund rehabilitation packages, the purchase of accommodation and care to improve her clients’ quality of life and to maximise their recovery.
