Position

Specialised for over 30 years in pursuing compensation claims for individuals who have suffered injury in an accident at work or developed illness as a result of their work. Has dealt with claims for accidents across a wide range of industries as diverse as mining, construction, manufacturing and the health service, with wide experience of dealing with occupational disease claims including mesothelioma and other asbestos-related disease claims. Has also dealt with claims for other lung diseases including occupational asthma and has extensive experience of dealing with claims for other diseases including VWF and RSI.
