Position

Tessa is a lawyer with an extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. Tessa assists both domestic and international clients on a variety of commercial matters and contracts in their day-to-day business (such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, co-operation agreements and general terms and conditions). Tessa advises furthermore on real estate related matters (real estate mergers and acquisitions and construction and lease agreements).

Career

Prior to being a partner at Cresco, Tessa was (senior) associate in the corporate and commercial department of Ambos NBGO (2010-2014) and associate in the corporate and transactions department of Loyens & Loeff between 2006 and 2010.

Dutch, French and English.

Education

Tessa obtained her master in law at Leuven University (KUL, 2004) and also several post-academic degrees: master in tax law, Leuven University (KUL, 2005) and master in economic law, Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and Sorbonne University of Paris (2006).
