Career

Eleonora has over 13 years of experience in Competition, Distribution & Consumer Law and Energy & Natural Resources. She provides legal advice on a wide range of regulatory matters, such as licensing, price regulation, unbundling, public procurement, and the legal regime of electricity generation from renewable sources. She has had the opportunity to assist leading energy groups in the preparation of their bids for the acquisition of various Romanian State-owned energy companies. Her competition law experience includes high-profile cases in both merger control and antitrust matters (ranging from vertical/horizontal agreements to abuses of dominant position).
