Position
Partner with a broad international practice. He specialises in a wide variety of non-marine insurance and reinsurance work with emphasis on complex dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and ADR) in the international and reinsurance markets, as well as non-contentious advice work and run-off solutions. Recent reported cases include Bonner v Cox [2005] EWCA Civ 1512, KCM v Coromin and Others and Swiss Re and Others [2006] EWCA Civ 5 and Coromin v Axa Re and Others [2007] EWHC 2818 (Comm).

Career: Trained Ince & Co; qualified 1995; partner 2002; regular contributor to a number of publications and conferences including the International Bar Association, British Insurance Law Association, Mealey’s Euroform and IQ on legal and market issues.
