Position
Iain Anderson is a Partner in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group and works in our Singapore office. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Iain was an adjuster for one of the largest marine insurance claims companies worldwide. As a former adjuster Iain’s practice leans naturally towards the marine and energy insurance market. Iain also has extensive experience in many non-marine classes of business: property, casualty, specie, professional indemnity and financial lines. Iain advises reinsurers, both live and legacy markets, on their inwards and outwards exposures, with particular emphasis in recent years on APH aspects. His expertise is acknowledged in industry directories.
Career
Iain trained with Ince & Co and became a Partner in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Iain was an adjuster for one of the largest marine insurance claims companies worldwide. Iain has also spent time in our Pireaus office. Iain moved from London to our office in Singapore in January 2010.
