Clients include airlines, operators, regulators, manufacturers, airports and their trade bodies, insurers, reinsurers and insurance trade associations.
Business and finance: the firm’s non-contentious lawyers advise on general corporate and commercial issues ranging from corporate finance through employment to the structuring of international joint ventures. The firm also advises on asset finance, banking, property and private client, telecoms and competition. Clients include international corporations, financial groups and entrepreneurs.
