Position
Non-contentious shipping, energy and offshore work with a particular focus on LNG Projects, including: LNG FSRU projects; FPSO projects; sale and purchase of vessels and rigs; joint ventures; drafting and negotiating financing documents and commercial contracts in the shipping, shipbuilding and offshore oil and gas industries. Examples include: acting for borrower in $370m trade finance revolving credit facility; acting for operator in relation to a lease of a FPSO; advising owners on tender for FSRU project. Publications of note: ‘Sale of Ships: The Norwegian Saleform’ by Strong & Herring.

Trained at Ince & Co; qualified 2001. Trainee 1999-2001; assistant 2001-08; partner 2008.
