Recent deals include advising a German institutional investor on sales and acquisitions between £8m and £60m, acting for a quoted services offices provider on the acquisition of new ‘flagship’ premises and advising various telecoms, media, transport and insurance clients in connection with their own leases and space requirements. Acting also for various banks on property finance transactions.
