Renaud’s practice covers the drafting and negotiation of financing documentation and commercial contracts for clients in the shipping, shipbuilding and energy sectors. Renaud also advises on international joint ventures, shareholder agreements and corporate structures. His client base is international and includes some of the major international banks and financing institutions. He also acts for several public companies, including the owners of the world’s largest fleets of offshore drilling units.
